These statistics are not that shocking because of how prevalent technology is. But, what is shocking is that people do not know about some of the easy fixes for digital eyestrain. People experience an array of symptoms from regular computer use. Do you experience any of the following?

If yes, you may want to try blue light blocking computer glasses! Blue light has a very short wavelength. Therefore, it produces a higher amount of energy. We are exposed to artificial blue light when looking at computer and tablet screens. Over time, too much exposure to blue light can cause long term eye damage.
