Silver

*Our Silver Plan is designed for new businesses or businesses just starting to market their offerings online. Cyberbility will customize a quality web site for you at no cost. This FREE web site is yours to have as long as you maintain a service plan with us for a minimum of 2 years. The FREE web site can have up to 8 pages of information that describe your business products and services. We build the site for you. There is no need for you to spend your valuable time figuring out how to build it yourself.

Cyberbility will also provide you 1 FREE domain name or 1 FREE domain name transfer for each full year that you subscribe to one of our Service Plans. Additional domain registrations are available at very reasonable rates. We will manage all of your domains registered with us to ensure renewals are completed on time and your web site stays online. Your privacy is also protected when you register your domains through us. Your Name, Address and Phone number are not displayed in the registration that is available to the general public.

Hosting of your web site is also included in all of our Service Plans. We provide up to 5 GB of disk space and 50 GB of bandwidth. This is typically ample space for a medium size web site with 50+ pages and 1000+ visitors per month. Each hosted web site comes with email accounts that match your domain name. The Silver Plan comes with up to 5 email accounts.

Why have a web site if you don't know how it is performing. Cyberbility provides monthly analytics reports that track how many visitors your site is getting, where they are coming from, and how they were referred to your web site. We also allocate 1 hour per quarter to review your web metrics with you to help you understand what they mean and we also make recommendations to help improve the performance of your web site based on these reports.

**Things change! ... so should your web site. Clients with a Silver Service Plan have up to 4 FREE changes per year. Each change is equals up to 15 minutes of work. An example of 1 change could be adding an image and making text changes on 5 or 6 web pages. Changes can be used at any time during a 12 month period beginning from the date your site launched.

Gold

We recommend this plan for businesses with 2 or more employees needing email accounts or they intend to make more than the 4 changes per year. Our Gold Service Plan includes all of the features of the Silver Plan with the following changes: You get 10 more email accounts for a total of 15 email inboxes and we add 20 more changes making this a total of 24 changes for the year.

Our technical support team will also manage your email inboxes and help you set up your email accounts in Outlook or other popular email packages. The Cyberbility Technical staff will also provide support for those times when your employees change and you need your email accounts to change. We also provide temporary forwarding, and temporary email inboxes when needed.

Emergencies will happen. Our Technical Support staff is available 24x7 for emergency changes to your web site. This comes in handy for times when you run out of stock on a certain item and you want to let your web site visitors know that the item is "Temporarily Out of Stock."

Gold Plan subscribers also receive basic search engine support. Cyberbility works with you to continually review your keywords and updates them as appropriate. We also submit your site to major search engines to let them know your site is out there. We register and acquire search beacons for Google and Bing. We add these beacons to your site the search engines identify and get information from your site.

Platinum

The Platinum Service Plan is for businesses that plan to make their web site work for them. All the features in the Silver and Gold Plans are included in this plan along with more changes per year. Platinum Plan subscribers get up to 40 changes per year. Subscribers to this plan typically update content frequently to include special offers for their site visitors such as coupons or special codes that give their customers discounts.

***We also provide a competitive analysis every 6 months. The competitive analysis is a comparison of up to 3 or your online competitors in the same market as your business. The report shows what your competitors are offering online in the way of products, services or site features that your business may not be offering online.

Our Platinum Plan subscribers also have access to a dedicated web manager that is thoroughly familiar with your online business. The web manager will review your site on a quarterly basis, including your site analytics report, your competitive analysis reports and meet with you quarterly to make recommendations to help improve your site performance.
